Who
is DRIVE Off-Road Racing?
DRIVE Off-Road Racing, LLC

volunteers, Jon Schleif and Doug Wasser. Jon is founder
of V4DR (Volunteers for Desert Racing) and Doug is a dedicated
volunteer for several promoters. Through their experience
volunteering, John and Doug learned what works and what
doesn’t.
What drives DRIVE Off-Road
Racing?
Plaster City is one
of the most convenient and affordable places for
racers from all over Southern California and Arizona
to race. DRIVE’s mission is to provide safe, professional,
fun, and fair “premium grass-roots racing” to their
customers by becoming the “premiere grass-roots promoter”
in So-Cal and to take responsibility for our deserts.
By doing this we can help ensure that racing in the
Southern California Deserts will be available for
years to come.
The Venue
The DRIVE Off-Road Racing series will take place in Imperial
Valley, CA which is known as the Mecca of off-road desert
racing. All races will be conducted in Plaster City West,
Plaster City East, Superstition, or any combination of
these locations.
